Punta Cana isn’t just where I work.
It’s home.
I’m originally from Venezuela, and in 2016 I made the Dominican Republic my home. What began as a new chapter in my life gradually became the place where I built my career, my businesses and my everyday life.
Over the years, I’ve experienced Punta Cana from many different perspectives — not only through real estate, but as someone who lives here, invests here and understands the communities, lifestyle and constant evolution of the area.
That personal connection shapes the way I work with my clients. I don’t believe in simply showing properties. I like to understand what someone is really looking for, why they are considering the Dominican Republic and what they want their investment or home to do for them.
Through Sweet Caribbean Properties, my goal is to make that process more personal, more transparent and much easier to navigate.

Travel has always shaped the way I see places, people and the meaning of home. It also helps me understand what many international clients are looking for when they consider building a life or making an investment somewhere new.
Life beyond the office.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me training, enjoying life in Punta Cana or spending time with my family. I share much of that journey with Andrés, my partner in life and in business, and Molly, our Australian Labradoodle. I’ve always loved animals, and she has become a very special part of our everyday life. For me, home is ultimately about the people, places and everyday moments that make life meaningful.
